I have a LG 32" HD LED which I bought from Game less than a year ago. The tv works fine but I had a problem with the USB. It would disconnect from my memory stick while playing a movie and start from the begining again. I phoned LG South Africa. Allthough I struggled in the begining to get to the right dept the service was superb. A LG techinician came to my house in Somerset West and swopped the motherboard. The next day he came back from another job in Paarl to "recode" the region etc on the tv. I doubt whether any other brand will offer you such service and that's why I will keep buying LG products. Well done LG!! |
