| I would recommend that everyone purchase LG products - I had a problem with my TV which was 6 months old, so I called them to request assistance. Within 2 days a representative came out to see what the issue was and clearly explained the next steps. Within another 7 days they had completely replaced my faulty unit, at all times keeping me informed of the progress. This is what service in SA should look like!! Well done and thank you LG for looking after us so well. | |||
