WORST SERVICE EVER!!

Our company has been dealing with LG for years.
We always pay our accounts on time and correctly. Nasreen is the credit controller at LG who handles our account. It seems that she is unable to cope with the work load or just not competent to be in that position. Due to the fact that she can not do her work our account was placed on hold, goods that we had ordered on the 31 of January was never sent to us and we were not even notified that they had placed our account on hold. We contacted LG on the 3rd of February to find out why our goods were not sent only to be told our account is on hold. We contacted Nazreen and asked her why our account was on hold if we had made our payment, she just said that she had "missed" (not seen it) the payment. Not even an apology or an effort to fix her mess.
The goods are for our biggest client and urgently needed and there is no one to speak to at LG that can sort out the problem and see that we receive or goods.
LG is one of, if not the worst company to deal with! Customer care does not exist, dealing with them-if you can get through to a person working there.. is like drawing blood from a stone!
PATHETIC service from such a big company!!!!!

Not Impressed: The apology from LG still indicated that this whole situation was our fault. Our response to LG after they had sent their "apology letter" was never answered, probably because it was not published on Hellopeter...
