We had 14 LG Air-conditioners installed in our guest units and are very happy with these. than it was time to have some units installed in our main house. We thought we could not go wrong with LG. What a disaster!!!! We had 9 Multi FDX Air-conditioning units installed in the house by the recommended LG Agent in 2008 and the units are still not working. Tried to call LG Johannesburg with no luck. LG Cape Town visited the site a few times but did nothing. Worse ever service I ever had and nobody seem to be able to fix the problem. LG keep on blaming the installer, which they recommended? Always passing the buck and never seem to be able to come up with a solution. Will never ever buy another LG product again. |
