| How sad it is that on the heels of my compliment LG, suddenly everything falls apart. The first TV that was replaced is Faulty - in fact even worse than the original TV, so I booked a new service complaint for the technician to come out on Friday 6Jan. I advised that we are available from 7am to 8am and again from 4pm in the week, and also on weekends. The technician pitched up without calling on Monday 9Jan and no one was home, so I referred him back to Norma. I'm now being told that they only see clients from 10am and knock off work at 4pm and if I do not change my availability, then they cannot assist me further. Really?! Norma has been uncompromising and all but threw the phone down in my ear on two occassions - I had to call her this morning to find out what was going on, only to be told that no-one can assist me. I've asked for the supervisor to contact me, but Norma has said that he will be saying the same thing. I guess we will then be at a stalemate. Such a pity! | |||
