STILL NO FEEDBACK FROM LG - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the third time I have been submitting a report for the same incident. LG keeps promising they will get back to me and you never hear back from them.

My LG dishwasher had a faulty motor within the warranty period which was fixed by their repair agent. After 6months it broke again with the same problem. However the repair centre only said they wont cover anything as it is past the 3 month warranty for workmanship.

LG customer service assured me they will re-assess it but nothing has been done. They promised to repair it if it is the same problem. Up to today nothing has happened.

Please can someone take ownership and sort this out once and for all??
