Hi I recently purchased an LG TV(42" Full HD LCD) from the Makro in Strubens valley on the 27 Nov 11. This is the 1st LG product I have ever purchased and I must say I am not at all impressed. I bought this product hoping I will get my money's worth. Unfortunately not, the picture quality is really terrible not clear at all "snowing picture quality". The remote does not work, I've tried putting in new batteries thinking the remote will work but it doesn't. The TV comes with a DTV and a radio option, that also doesn't work. I've been to Makro and unfortunately they said they can't help me and suggested I buy a new aerial for the picture quality, which I did and still nothing. I am hoping that you can assist me somehow. Had I known that this advanced TV is not so advanced I honestly would have purchased another brand. I currently feel I am watching those old TV's where people used hangers to get quality signal and picture quality. |

Not Impressed:
I received a call from some lady on Monday, she wanted all sorts of information for the TV which I didn't have at hand. She promised they would call me back the following day being Tuesday, it's now Wednesday and I still have not heard from anyone. |
