This is the 3rd defective LG product in the last year , all within warranty. This is the 2nd complaint i am making against this organisation. My LG tv was repaired firstly at the end of november 2011. Two weeks later the same issue occured and this time LG did not have the part to repair it. The only solution was to replace my television. I complained to Keith van Buuren and he arranged for a loan tv to be delivered while my new tv was being ordered. The techinicians came over uninstalled my tv and then installed the new one. i was pleased with this. Today my new tv arrives after 2 weeks of waiting after i called in about 5 times to LG. LG never calls me i always have to call for feedback. They refused to install the television. It was the LG tv that was defective. They uninstalled it, they installed the loan tv. Therefore they should install my new tv. As mentioned this is my 3rd defective product, so maybe additional customer service is required here. David Sparrows attitude was extremely rude and he does not know how to deal with customers. He was snotty and extremely loud over the phone. I deal with customers and if i did that i would have been seriously repremanded. |
