| HEADLINE | New LG Micro-oven that has never worked |

| In Oct I bought an LG micro-oven at Metro Centre in Menlyn retail park. I did not get a chance to use it because my carpenter was busy with the kitchen unit. In Nov, when I switched it on it was faulty so i took it back under the impression that they are going to give me the new one but they say if (7) days has lapsed after you bought the it, they take it for repairs and mind you, it is still new. They booked it for repairs and forgot to give me the glass dish that was inside and the griller. In Dec, i.e. two weeks after it was booked in, they called us that it was ready for collection. We went to fetch it but the glass plate and the griller inside was missing and they insisted that we took it, then they told us that they are going to look at the tape and check what transpired that day so we didn't take the micro oven without those things. They then called to confirm that LG got them and it will courier them to the shop which took another two weeks. I waited and they delivered it 2011-12-22 and on the 23 I took it back again bcaz it has blasted. They refuse to give us a new micro- oven bcaz they say LG will not credit them. The sales person, Raveen, have a very bad attitude | |||
