LG still doesnt take responsibility - 5th report

As per my initial report on 16 November LG failed to help us with a faulty dishwasher which was repaired within the warranty replacing engine and pump. Only shortly after the repairs were done the same problems occurred. I wrote 4 reports to LG to no avail. At this stage LG simply refers the issue to the service agent in Cape Town who has to pay this out of his own pocket. LG refuses any responsibility.

We have never had this experience with any competitor brands like Samsung or DEFY with any of our appliances in 2 houses.

We will now report this to the consumer protection body.
