LG responded to a complaint about inferior product quality on the 29th of November 2011 as follows, "Thank you for your correspondence .I must apologise for the inconveniece caused.An employee from LG will contact you. Kind Regards, LG Customer Care." I am still waiting. Stay away from this company and their products unless you want a migraine. |
