Hi My LG Fridge is only 3 years old. It stopped working 2 weeks ago. I contacted LG "Care Centre" 3x. All one gets is an email address and an email response (to which you can not reply), telling you to contact their contractor in your area. This contractor charges R700 for a call out. There is no way one can contact LG direct and speak to a Responsible person for advice etc To me, they have distanced themselves from their customers, for obvious reasons. What I will be doing is to stay very far away from any of their products, and tell my aquaintances to do likewise. One can not do business with suppliers who have no interest in their customers whatsoever. So bye bye LG (not buy buy) |
