| HEADLINE | LG Dishwashers that RUST - What a joke |

Who has ever heard of a dishwasher that rusts. Oh wait LG has. According to their regional manager and customer services dept, all LG dishwasher consumers should expect their dishwashers to rust and last 5 years. But not rust and be repaired, rust such that no repair can be made. What they can do is offer a replacement for R3200 only to be covered by a 2 year warranty. So then you can be expected to spend R5000 on your original dishwasher, be damaged by rust of all of things in 5 years (LG had a technician they have "no record of" replace the motor with a year of purchase who probably damaged the appliance) only to spend R3200 for 2 more years and then on cue, it will probably break. Moral of the story: LG has zero customer service and their product is latently DEFECTIVE!!! |
