I bought this model microwave 4 years ago, best microwave ever!.. got hit by lightning April/May 2011. insurance claim/Miway, microwave was replaced. the replacement was not working as it should, it was smoking up the kitchen and burning the inside quite black. this was difficult to clean. Thought I would ''let it settle down'', perhaps this is dong this because it is new.. I only realised that this microwave was defnitely not functioning as it should. because December 2011 I was on holiday and purchased the SAME OVEN from Hirsh down in Balito..same model.. this microwave worked wonderful!! rotissierre the chicken and no smoke no fat covering up the inside of the oven.no burning black!! January 2012 I phoned LG service center, they suggested I contact the supplier (insurance company) they were extreemly unhelpful and said they MUST have purchase order, which I do not have. I then phoned Dynamic insurance replacements... they have closed down!! I have had THREE of these microwaves..2 were fantastic and one is faulty!! has been from day one!! . the service center is not assisting me, I have not other person to turn to but you paople, you have helped me before.. thanx D |
