| HEADLINE | Dishwasher Disaster - Still !!!!! |

| I have already lodged a complaint on Hellopeter.com on 30/12/2011 about my dishwasher. It has now been exactly 3 weeks since my initial service call (on 12th Dec 2011) and now I get told today that it will take another 5 working days to get a replacement machine. I am seriously thinking of taking my LG Super Slim TV, LG Microwave, LG Computer and non-working LG Direct Drive dishwasher and smashing the lot. I was going to start my New Year by buying an LG LCD 32" TV, but after this - no way. The buck goes from the technician (Mark, who no longer works for LG) who attended my call four times to the service manager (David Sparrow) and now to Innocentia (don't know what department she's in) who says that she cannot promise a new machine today or tomorrow, but she'll see what she can do. What a laugh - hurry up and wait should be the motto not "Life's Good". It's only good if you don't own any LG Appliances. Almost a month for a repair/replacement is unacceptable. | |||
