My Le Creuset pot was damaged by my domestic worker on the inside - the nonstick coating was scrubbed away with an ammonia product. I e-mailed Le Creuset to advise on a service available to recoat the inside of my pot. They confirmed it is not possible but as a gesture of goodwill, offered me a 35% discount on a new pot. How awesome is this?!?!? Dion Bailey - store manager of Le Creuset Cavendish Square - answered my e-mails within 24 hours, was so very very polite and professional. The generosity he showed me by offering me the discount was unexpected but surprising and greatly appreciated! I love Le Creuset products and now even more so - the company and its people behind the product are clearly just as awesome as the product itself. Thank you, Dion! You are a star! |
