I emailed Erin Goodchild from Le Creuset Online Orders with a query i had I sent my email through and within ONE minute Erin called me personally from her cellphone to sort out my query...WOW this is the quickest problem solving i have ever experienced And let me tell you this was at 7pm AFTER HOURS she called me Erin, you are THE BEST I hope the whole South Africa read this and LEARN FROM YOU Le Creuset, you guys can be extremely proud employing such an awesome lady No wonder Le Creuset has the best kitchen products worldwide !!!!!! And THE best customer service too !!!! |
