I love Le Creuset cookware! I recently bought the pasta pot with steamer. Last night the glass steamer lid popped and shattered. I emailed Gardens store and the web site and within 5 minutes I had received 2 phone calls telling me to return the item and a new one would be waiting. Now things do happen sometimes but it's how it's dealt with that makes the difference. Thank you. |
