| I am one of those customers who is quick to complain should I receive bad service but also quick to compliment if I am wowed. I flew on Thursday morning from Lanseria to Cape Town (7.55am) and Sunday morning from Cape Town to Lanseria (7.55am). In the past I have experienced delays with Kulula.but you have truly redeemed yourselves. Both flights were on time as well as the baggage. Well Done Kulula. I am truly impressed. Keep it up!!! | |||
