This thank you is a bit overdue, but we'd like extend a HUGE thank you to Uyanda from Kulula. My father left his cell phone on the plane after his trip from Johannesburg to Durban in spite of the reminder to remove all valuables from the plane. I was astounded when I got a call from my fathers cellphone with Uyanda on the other line, telling me that the phone had been left on the plane. She was really exceptional in going out of her way to help us get my fathers phone back - it is so fantastic to have a story like this; that a +- R2000 phone was left on a plane, was found and was returned the next day. Well done to Uyanda for providing such exceptional service and thumbs up to Kulula for fostering such a great attitude. Uyanda, you're the QUEEN OF THE SKY! |
