| On Saturday 28 January we booked our daughter on to a Kulula flight from Cape Town to PE. It turned out that her luggage was 8kg overweight, which involved a process of going to another counter, paying and then returning to the check-in counter. The friendliness, enthusiasm, courtesy and helpful attitude of Amanda on counter 79 was an unexpected delight. Kulula has a star there. Would that everyone dealing with the public behaved thus. Perhaps Kulula has good training methods; perhaps Amanda is a rare breed; either way it was a pleasure dealing with her and she deserves for her employers to know that. | |||
