| Having had many bad experiences with Kulula before, it was with a little bit of trepidation I called the call-centre after having made an error with an online check-in for my boss. Sanele not only was patient and understanding with my panic, but offered to assist me and did exactly what he undertook to do. My boss likes everything to be perfect and Sanele saved me from trouble! | |||
