| i booked a return flight with kalula through a friend, from durban to johannesburg and back for my mother. the return flight was delayed by three hours and my mother received a card saying she would get a free flight and kalula would contact us in two days. it has now been over a month, no one has contacted my freind, myself or my mother despite details being left. i left two emails off the kalula website as the call centre number never connects. the site indicated the mails whent but as yet no one has contacted me for any reason. i find this pathetic as by giving the voucher kalula created an expectation that has been hollow to say the best. while great service in flights their after market service stinks worse than a fish market that is a week old. my question is will they contact me after this mail or not.... | |||
