I couldn't make a flight at the end of last year. received a voucher for R 1885. i tried to use the voucher on the 02-02-2012 only to be told that it expired on the 30-01-2012. it totally took me by surprise and wrote to [URL Removed] with the hope of not loosing R1885 becouse of 48 hours. to my shock i received a email back today which reads: " your voucher expired on the 30-01-2012 Bye!" from Kagiso. What a disgrace .!! no phone call just (******** ) R1885. no reminder to say that your voucher is about to expire, nothing Just easy money!! what does the consumer act say about vouchers- sure it said that there is no expiry date on vouchers? at a loss for words and nearly R2000 |
