| The last FIVE times i flew with Kulula from Durban to OR Tambo/Lanseria, my flights have been delayed. The last time i flew to Durban on January 7, not only did we have a delay, but we had to sit in a filthy plane which was not cleaned from the previous flight. Kulula used to be the best domestic airline, but unfortunately there has been a steady decline in the service over the past few years. Most of the time when i fly to OR Tambo, i am usually connecting with an international flight, and i have almost missed my international flights on two occasions due to Kulula flight delays. | |||

Hello berbatov, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused to you by our flight delay. Our Mission is to fly our customers and crew safely and on time, but sometimes we have to deal with factors that make us unable to deliver the service in the way in which we plan. We aim to make travelling with us as convenient and trouble-free as possible for our passengers. Delays in the airline industry do occur, we realise it's how the delay is handled that makes all the difference. All our aircrafts are cleaned between flights. There is no excuse to welcome our passengers onto an aircraft that has not been cleaned appropriately. Rest assured that this matter will be addressed with our external service providers as we certainly do not wish to portray such a poor image. We know how important the aircraft's appearance and cleanliness is to our customers. We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
