| I write to you in the hope of finding assistance. My family & I was due to fly to Livingstone Airport with Kulula on 03/01/2011. However I was unable to fly to Livingstone (Zambia) as we was told that we had not taken the Yellow fever injection.When I booked my flights this FACT was not made available to me. Nowehere in my flight conifmrations was I told about this. As a result, I could not cancel my flights as Kulula does not provide for this. I therefore had to rebook my flights with British Airways and pay an extra R 15 000 & stay an extra night. I was totally inconvienced by this. I therefore hold Kulula liable for failing to inform me of the same. Your query at their offices in JHBg fell on "deaf ears" | |||
