| HEADLINE | kulula owes us money but will not respond! |

good day, I am quite dissapointed in the fact that Kulula has failed to contact us with regards to an amount of R436 owing to us due to booking having expired on kulula's side. I have contacted kulula numerous times and am yet to receive any sort of correspondence or assistance from anyone. The telephone number used in the booking is the one provided. The sid reference number can also be provided when contacted. We have the proof of payment with us. Kindly get back to us asap. This is unacceptable! |
