HEADLINE	Poor Information Provision
I booked a flight to Livingston on Saturday. When I arrived at the airport I was not permitted to board the airplane, as I did not have the required yellow fever vaccination. When I asked why I was not informed of this beforehand, the lady behind the counter showed me that on page three of my ticket, under the heading "Passport" it stated that this is a pre-requisite. I understand that technically they did inform me, but I am very angry that it was done so to make one feel as if it was purposefully hidden. I would like to know why this information, especially if it is a NECESSITY, is not made more prominent? I also would like to know why is a yellow fever vaccination a requirement when flying with BA, but I can drive into the country without one? As a result of this, I could not meet up with my fiance (whom I have not seen for a while) for our five year anniversary. Add a new kulula.com Report Inappropriate report?
