HEADLINE	Terrible service from Kia Motors Midrand
I purchaced a new Kia Picanto on the 12.12.2011 and received my first temporary permit. On the day that I received my vehicle the new vehicle salesman requested my proof of residence in order for him to register my vehicle, which I luckily had with me and he made a copy of it. On the 15.01.2012 the first permit expired where I had to drive all the way from Pretoria to Midrand to request a new permit which they issued me. The new permit was valid untill the 28.01.2012. I contacted the dealership requesting to speak to Phillip on numerous occasions where I left messages for him to return my call as I knew my permit is expiring soon. I was able to get hold of him once and he promised to check if my numberplateds and documentation arrived and he will return my call. Two weeks later and still have not heard anything.I contacted the dealership again this morning requesting to speak to Phillip as usual he was not available and I asked to speak to Donovan the manager. He informed me that they are still waiting for my proof of residence, I explained to him that I have provided it twice, once when I signed offer to purchase and the day I took delivery of my vehicle I provided it again. Utterly Disgusted: WOW no surprise, no response from KIA S.A after my hello peter complaint and a email sent directly to Bronwyn. No response from the dealership after an direct mail to the DP Mr. Schmidt and after numerous phone calls. I think it is time to take things legal !!!!
