I have been complaining about my vehicle pulling to the right when speeding up, but if i just let it run it goes in a staight line. I took my car in several times till they found out that tires where causing the vibrations on the steering wheel, etc etc. Kia Roodepoort then sent a mail to head office to get appproval and head office is just not responding. Christo is trying his best but head office is just not coming to the party. I have now on two occasions, with the heavy rain, almost lost control of the vehicle (traveling at about 80km/h) on the wet road. I have barely travelled 30000km when this started and it is now 10000km later. Kia, please fix this before someone gets hurt. |

A customer care consultant e-mailed me stating the matter will be investigated... Don't worry, I'll try and stay alive on the wet roads while Kia decides what to do... :-) I am extremely happy with my vehicle and overall service, but this is ruining my good memories. Family Like Care - I suppose it is like a family, there are good and bad times... |
