PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a Kia Picanto on the 19 January 2012 at Kia Northcliff.Beyers Naude.
To date I have not received my spare keys for the vehicle. The sales lady kept
dodging my calls and now the sales manager keeps giving me false hopes of dropping the keys off.

The principal dealer is always unavailable. All I want is my spare keys .

How can I get it?
