Non-service workshop

A year ago I bought my wife a Kia Soul. The service we got from Jan was excellent. In fact, because of his service I bought a Sportage and sent him 6 clients that also bought Kias. Now a year later that we require services we find out that there is none?! The Soul went for a service in December and I had a complaint about the clutch (the mileage is on 12000km). I was told that there was a fault on the Soul's clutch and that the part will be ordered. We are now in February. I have to keep on phoning the workshop just for one excuse on top of another? I phoned Centurion to find out if it's really possible for it to take this long and they gave me the timeframes. When I confronted the workshop manager at Kia Silverton I found out that nothing has been done...no authorisation, no order, nothing. I can't believe this is the service we are getting after the service we got from Jan? I'm embarassed to keep on phoning the salesman that sold the car over a year ago to get service from the workshop? It's ridiculous?
