NEW VEHICLE NO REGISTRATION !!!!!

After searching the country for a white Kia Sportage we eventually found one at Roodeport Kia, but since then it has been issue after issue with the vehicle - we have recieved poor service from the beginning - The salesman never called us but did all the transactions over email - resulting in the incorrect additions to the vehicle - trying to get information was a nightmare - when I eventually phoned and spoke to the sales manager his first words are I dont know why we are dealing with customers out of town, and he does not need this irritation and believes that he should cancel the deal - we persuaded him to continue as these vehicles are in short supply, and getting the colour you want is difficult !

Needless to say we got the vehicle which was unregistered - we are now 3 weekds down the track - our temporary plates are about to expire, and still we are been given false promises - we paid cash for the vehicle which included license and registration - WE ARE VERY FRUSTRATED !!!!!
