| Purchased car on 16 Dec 2011, promised for for 20th the 21st then 23rd, and after all this, supplied without the smash & grab done because the supplier "closed" but when I contacted the supplier, it could be done same day! Replacement of the badly damaged front seat was then done but NOT the scratches to the centre console. The damaged Tow hitch was replaced - good! Then came registration! The permit expired, and Kia made aware of this - no luck! After more **** and myself again contacting the supplier and confronting Jaco, at the showroom where he refused to answer even his cellphone after numerous call attempts, and blame on the supplier again, it was brought down to miscommunication! I have told Jaco Odendaal in no uncertain terms that KIA is useless and everytime excuses, but excuses does not solve my endless problem. Grant tried and did help in the beginning - but being out of office causes the branch to fall apart with basic customer service and consumer legislation thrown to the pigs! Someone should do something about this totally useless branch! I have sent numerous e-mails to no avail, not mentioning the amount of calls!! As for the salesperson "Fanie du Plessis", ethics! | |||
