| HEADLINE | KIA Northcliff, WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. |

| After seeing a vehicle on the Internet, I inquired online and got a call the next day from A Jojo Williams. He is from Kia NorthCliff, he informed me he had the vehicle and I arranged to go test drive it on Saturday morning. After driving from Pretoria for 45 Minutes, I got to Kia Northcliff to have to wait another 20 minutes for someone to help me. After calling Jojo on his cellphone, he said he was busy and would help me as soon as he could. Eventually he came and I requested to test drive the Vehicle. He attempted to find it and then simply said, it wasnt there. If I wanted I could test drive another model. I said I have driven all the way to see that model, and that he needed to make a plan. He basically said well ok " Mumbling "F*** Y**" under his breath and walked off. I went to the reception area to speak to the Dealer Principle. To my surprise the receptionist didnt know his name or number. The Head of used sales suggested if I complain, I should use Jojo's name so she wouldn't get into trouble. I went down the road and bought an Audi. It cost me double but the service was a million times better than KIA Northcliff could ever be. | |||
