Kia igniting my anger

I took my car in on January the 30th with an ignition problem, Kia motors told me that the ignition contact is faulty and that they have to order the part from Johannesburg and that it will take 3 working days to receive it and fix my car. Today is Thursday the 2nd and the 3rd working day and they haven't receive the part yet. There is no public transport to my work and Kia Motors do not offer a courtesy vehicle in exchange. Now they told me that they will receive the part tomorrow but I do not know if I can believe that. I phoned the Head Office and try to talk to one of the directors but they put me through to the customer care department where the guy there told me that they are authorized to handle my complaint. After I told him the whole story he said that he will look into it. Up to now I have heard nothing and my problem is still unresolved. I hope the company will respond to my complaint.
