Kia doesn't care about customers satisfaction

Hi

We baught a Kia sportage last year, and opted to get it registered this year.

The dealership is taking a month now, to register a brand new kia, that wat paid in cash, that, as far as i know it, is still not properly registered. We asked for it to be registered with a personalized number plate, we we have for the last 15 years, and they aparently registered this in a normal number plate.

I had to get paper plates 3 times, and t my expencd, except for the last one.

The DP does not even know about this, and when i eventually get a hold of him, " i will phone you back" is the responce that i get.

This cannot even be named a bad customer experience, as nothing was experienced. If i do not phone to folow up, nothing happens.

Hopefully the cat is much better that their after sales/ customer satisfaction.

Kia does not care about their customer satisfaction, only the money.

I will never buy another kia again, this was the first and last one.
