| Okay I seem to be seeing some sort of light at the end of the tunnel with regards to fixable problems on my Kia Cerato Koup, Jessica has assisted me a lot but I think the problem we facing now is also beyond her, she has arranged for most of my issues to be sorted out but now remains the major issue of the heating of the centre console just below the gearbox this has been reported to Kia Korea but they haven't got back to Kia South Africa secondly is that steering wheel is not aligned I took my car in to 2 Kempton Park (Meadowdale) the service advisor advised me this is the sales issue, so tell me who is going to fix the vehicle the sales person...not, and that's not the last of the issue I think it's not all the Koup's with these problems as I gave done research within all countries and couldn't find a fault same as mine, all I want is clarity if there is a fault with the vehicle be It a Manufacturers Fault or a Kia South Africa's fault they must stand up and take the blame as I bought the vehicle in July and fast approaching 1 year now, Kia will wipe there hands of anything after this. I think Kia know where the fault **** with my vehicle but are afraid to come out | |||
