So KIA Head Office contacted me, Promising to resolve my issues around my car that was a result of bad service and work not carried out or not done properly. Even though they have spoken to the east rand branch, I no longer wanted to deal with them as the way I was treated as a customer by the service consultants as well as the manager and wanted to rather have a new dealership like Germiston to take my car and just sort it out. After the phone call I received They have not gotten back to me. No wonder the branch is so useless, I mean look at Head office that can't even get back to me and resolve this. I think that even after me giving them a chance to resolve this, a result of their lack of commitment to their customers, Absolutely nothing has happened and I have just grown more frustrated. This will be my last complaint on Hello Peter. Apparently this is not enough. I will now follow further routes such as report them to Chery, cause its obvious they can not service or fix my car. I think that this has to be the worst experience I have EVER had when it gets to bad service... And KIA obviously has way to many customers because they do not mind loosing one. What an example... |
