| I bought my kia picanto at kia midrand..They delivered it in rtb on the 10th of november 2011.The service book wasn't in the car & was told it will posted asap. I was told that if i wanted n/ west nr plates i need to do them in rtb myself and fax him the slips so that i can be refunded . I was told that they will settle my old car before month end & i will pay my first installment on the 1st of Jan 2012. On the 1st of dec '11 absa finance took an installment for my old car because it wasn't settled.I phoned Phillip who said that he will refund me. He never phoned back I spoke to the manager Donovan. He said he will phone me back personally - nothing. Then the 2nd of Jan 2012 came & both installments went off. My old & new car! I phoned absa finance & was told that my car was settled late, two days after the settlement date expired resulting in a fine of R227. Absa eventually paid back the balance into my account.Phillip told me he will sort it out. I have all the emails. They paid a wrong amount into my account & still owes me about R1800. I still haven't received my service book! I want my money! Cant believe the manager still hasn't phoned! | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: No one from Kia has phoned me as yet. Not even the manager of kia midrand. I did receive my service book - last week via courier. Halleluja! But as far as the money is concerned-nothing. My attorney has now taken over. I will never ever ever recommend anybody to buy a kia at kia midrand. And if this is the way kia south africa handles a problem - don't buy kia at all!!!!! | |||
