ENGINE STRIP/ STARTER MOTOR/ BURNT CLUTCH

I have to say that since my last complaint I did get KIA to take me seriously and help get my car fixed, only to realize that as I was driving out of the service workshop that there was a burning smell in the car-called Kia and was told that the clutch was totally burnt.

Now my only question to Kia was why was my car released to me and why was I told that it had been test driven and it was in good condition IF THEY NEW THE CLUTCH WAS TOTALLY BURNT?. I have to say that I am very disappointed by the service I have received, first chance I get I am selling my Picanto. As much as I truly love the car, I cannot put up with such negligence/ nonchalance/ and this constant passing the blame that I have been receiving.

All I wanted was to know what was wrong with my car, and in the space of 2 WEEKS I was told, the engine was faulty/ the starter motor was faulty/ I burnt the clutch.
