| TWO MONTHS AND STILL NO IPHONE!!! THIS IS HOW KIA Motors South Africa DELIVERS SERVICE!!! Their CEO is not available until end of Feb, their Marketing manager does not care to respond to complaints, their staff do not want to take my calls anymore or return calls, they don't respond to emails or HELLOPETER COMPLAINTS, they block me from giving feedback on Facebook and this is for a PRIZE I WON AND HAVE BEEN WAITING TWO MONTHS!!!! | |||

Hello TheCMan, Hi Pienaar, I can only apologise for the delay in getting the iphone to you. As you know we have been in communication with you regarding the delays in getting the phone to you brought about by the christmas stock shortage and the challenge in sourcing an iphone as a cash purchase. Not to mention that the iphone supplier invoiced us incorrectly (not you problem, but these things happen which we can't control). A key learning from our side is to source the prize long before the competition ends. For that we do apologise and have been in communication every step of the way. I certainly did not ignore your discussions and I made sure Siphelele kept in constant contact with you. The 16Gb vs. 64Gb debate is also incorrect as the prize was communicated as an iphone 4 and that is all. Your focus on the size of the phone's memory vs. your appreciation of the prize you have won is dissappointing. This is your prize to do with as you please whether you sell it or use it, we do appreciate you entering our competition. All we ask is for a little patience. My sincere apologies Regards David |
