Damage Engine

My vehicle was serviced by Kia Boksburg on the 17/18th Jan. I collected the vehicle and 5km's down the road it stopped. We towed it back to them. Kia took 2 weeks and were still not sure what the problem was. They thought it might be the computer box and then settled on the 4th Injector. The injector was replaced and while the car was idling in their workshop the engine siezed!
Kia say that it ws consequential damage and that i am liable to pay for a new Engine. Hardly sounds Fair!

Not Impressed: Kia did not address the issue at hand but simply confirmed what their branch reported. This was not what my complaint was about. We want Kia to investigate Kia Boksburg's report as several incidents were not in their report.
