Logged a complaint on 30 Jan 12. Received a response to say I would be contacted shortly & guess what - nobody has bothered to contact me. Why am I surprised??? Have been trying to get this issue resolved since October. Maybe Kia thinks if the issue is ignored, it will go away - well sorry for you - I will hound you until you sort it out. Add a new Kia Motors South Africa Report Inappropriate report?
