HEADLINE	Complete lack of service and fines are piling up
Bought my Kia cerato from the Northcliff dealership in August 2011. Everything seemed fine but, we found out that the number plates got mixed up and reported it to the manager. After a month finally got my number plate sorted out! Since December I have been receiving traffic fines. Got something like 7 fines and still counting! You can clearly see that it is a Picanto on the photograph with my number plate on the back. Phoned the dealership to make them aware of the problem. As usual little or no response. Dropped off a letter on the 20th of January with all the copies of the traffic fines that I had at the time and STILL no response with the traffic fines piling up. Usual response from the sales manager is "I will sort it out and phone you back"... Yesterday (30 Jan 2012) when I got another 2 fines this time out of Pietermaritzburg I phoned the dealership and after getting the same response went to see the guy. Why do you have to make a scene to get service at this place?!?! Told me he will sort it out before 14h 1 Febr. Lets see what happens this time! I would advise anyone thinking of buying a Kia NOT to go to Northcliff as their customer service is appalling. Add a new Kia Motors South Africa Report Inappropriate report?
