| I bought a Kia Cerato at the end of October. Loving my car, I persuaded my Mom to move to the Kia brand and get the new Rio. She went into the East Rand mall branch that weekend and ordered her Rio, even got the finance approved for the vehicle. After that weekend, no-one ever phoned her, she had to make the contact everytime. She has now been promised her vehicle a number of times and nothing! I told her to send an email to headoffice to get some kind of answer on shipments- and nothing. No one can give her an answer and then talk of an increase is mentioned too.... After such bad client service my Mom has now decided to look at other vehicle brands. And as much as I'm loving my car I don't think I could recommend Kia to another person in case they experience that disappointment too. Pity KIA! | |||
