I took my Kia in for a service on 26 January. Talita Prulius phoned me and told me that my car was ready for collection. She was very rude. I would have let that slide, but when I went to collect my car she helped me again. She was very unfriendly and unpleasant. Impatient!!!I And to top it all - when I found my car it was dirty inside with mud smears. I will never take my car for a service at that Kia Branch again. In fact I will never buy a Kia after this again! |
