| Is is always a pleasure going to the KFC at the CApe Town Station (not that I am there often) and be served by Nobuntu. I am very lucky to have have been served by her a few hours ago. Last time she served me before this was last year. She is always smilling and makes sure that you leave the KFC counter smilling. I just wish this could rub off to all the other slow grumpy employees in that KFC. Nobuntu does what is called customer service. I enjoyed the Paap and gravy I bought with a smile. | |||
