I went to the drive through @ KFC Okavango on Friday 27 January and when I got to the order window I specifically asked if they still make the BBQ Boxmaster and the women said yes! I also asked for an Oreo Krusher as this was on the order board, only to be told they don't make it for quite a while! (Why is it on the board as an option?) When I got to the collect window, they told me they don't make that Boxmaster anymore!!! But before I got upset about this, because I was charged for it, the gentleman Gladwell, politely came to the window and said "don't worry, I still have some sauce, we will make it specially for you, do you mind waiting for a while?" The service at this KFC is always terrible and the food disgusting, but I would like to say thank you to Gladwell, who made my Friday night with an awesome, enough sauce on, Boxmaster Meal! He really gave service with a smile and managed to sort out the stupid cashiers mistake. This is not the first time KFC's cashier stuffs up my order. Thanks Gladwell for being kind and giving super service. |
