i had bought a meal from the mentioned kfc and the milkshake was sour. i complained to them and although they were adamant that there was nothing wrong with milkshake, i was told i could collect another meal the following week to the same value. when i went to fetch my meal i asked for 2 extra pieces of chicken which i would pay for, the manager said it was on the house! thank you bheki for looking after your customers. i will definitley continue using your branch! |
